Honoring their 100 year-old history of excellence of working with the finest materials, craftspeople and the world’s best product designers, Decca’s products feature an industry leading attention to detail.
Environmental responsibility is an important part of our culture – from maximizing the use of rapidly renewable and responsibly harvested woods to using materials with post-consumer recycled content and low-emitting paints, adhesives and sealants. We minimize waste in all forms and use reusable, recyclable or compostable materials to package and ship our products.

We offer a broad range of design-forward, ergonomic solutions for the contract office market. Our lines celebrate thoughts and ideas, coming together to push the limits under the name of HAT Collective.

In 2019, Sven Erni and Jeffrey Ibañez founded our company with a mission to make a real difference in the architecture and design industry. Our focus on sustainable development and innovative design has been the driving force behind our success. 

Just one year after our founding, we launched ARCHISONIC® Felt, our own Cradle-to-Cradle Certified® acoustic absorber that forms the basis of all our products. In order to produce more locally and with lower emissions, we recently opened a second manufacturing facility in the Philippines, in addition to our main facility in Switzerland.

Our team brings years of experience and expertise from Manufacturing, Representation, Technology, Entrepreneurship, Engineering, Product Design, etc. With a focus on innovation, creativity, and collaboration, we believe in working closely with our network of Representatives and Office Furniture Dealers to understand our clients’ expectations.

We’ve come a long way since our very early days as a one-man band selling office chairs from a dusty attic. Time flies when you’re having fun. These days, we’re a market-leading brand with a global footprint. How did we get here?
