Earlier in his career, he was a GSA Sales Specialist on the West Coast for Inscape (2008–2010), where he built a robust dealer network, secured top-tier brand recognition at NAVFACS Southwest, and trained teams on moveable wall solutions. Mark also excelled as Market Manager at Trendway (2005–2008), motivating 17 dealers across Northern California and Northern Nevada to reach peak performance. Gavin McGregor is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, technical expertise, and business management. As Principal of Aligned Rep’s since 2019, he has been instrumental in fostering growth and delivering innovative solutions for the commercial Architecture & Design (A&D) and Dealer community across California. At Aligned Rep’s, Gavin spearheads strategic partnerships with manufacturers, the A&D community, and dealers, creating an “aligned” team that helps dealers win projects and maximize profits throughout the entire project life cycle. He is also an active member of both the International Interior Design Association (IIDA) and the International Facility Management Association (IFMA), reflecting his dedication to staying engaged with industry trends and building meaningful relationships. Previously, Gavin served as President of OCC Workplace Solutions for over six years, where he cultivated a deep connection with the A&D community. His career began with the U.S. Army as an MLRS/HIMARS Technician (94P) from 2010 to 2012 at Fort Sill, OK, where he developed a disciplined work ethic and strong technical acumen.
